I can't wait to wear my designer jeans!

Just a little "Get Fit Challenge" update. I have lost 9 pounds in the last 30 days. And unfortunately the last 2 weeks I only lost one. But the first two weeks were great. The goal of the challenge is fat loss, not pounds, but it's still hard to not look at the scale. The last two weeks I had not been writing in a food journal. What a huge difference that makes. My workout have been great though. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I work out in the morning and evening, and just once a day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I've also decided since I attend Stroller Strides I might as well teach the class and get paid. So next month I'm going to San Diego to attend a two day training seminar. I'm really excited because I plan to use some of the money I make to start a college savings fund for Ryder.

I didn't know you were going to be trained as an instructor! Congrats! on losing the weight. Keep it up!

I think I need to start a food journal. Ugh! To much crap latetly.
